We started with torn pieces of an "ancient parchment" treasure map.
The first clue.
The map had the first clue.
Another clue.
There were 24 rhyming clues hidden all around the property, leading to the spot where the booty was buried ...

It took all 10 children working with spades and dirty hands and fingers ...
Heaving Ho.
... to pry it out of the ground.
The trunk is locked.
Once it was found, there were more impediments - it was locked!
The next clue.
The clue said all the clues had to be pieced together ...
The code puzzle.

All the children agreed to share the booty, ...

... and the treasure trunk and its contents will find their permanent home in the children's playroom in the common house.
Daggers and halos.
Wow! What booty they found thar, arrgghh, arrgghh!
Amazing treasures.
There were daggers and halos and edible gold doubloons: ...
