Tours

A tour of Earthsong is an opportunity to learn about sustainable housing, permaculture and the environment, and living in a cohousing neighbourhood. There are two ways for the public to visit:

• Public Tour
• Group Tour

Apart from the Public Tours, all visits and tours are by prior arrangement, with one month's notice.

Public tours are held four times each year. All public tours begin promptly at 2pm, rain or shine, with no reservations necessary. There is a $10 charge for adults, children free, for the 2 hour tour. Public tours include a presentation about Earthsong in the Earthsong Centre, a walk through the neighbourhood and one or two homes, followed by afternoon tea and a chance to talk with residents. A public tour is a great way for those with a general interest to learn more about our neighbourhood and meet some of the residents.

Group tours can be arranged on request for groups of people who have an academic, business, professional or general interest. They are conducted by experienced and knowledgeable residents and can be designed to suit the specific needs of your group. At least 2-4 weeks notice is required for smaller group tours (longer for larger tours). To enquire about the cost for your group and to make a request please phone or email us.

Venue for Hire

Located in the heart of Earthsong Eco-Neighbourhood, the Earthsong Centre provides a unique venue that embodies the principles of environmental, social and economic sustainability.
